Among the CIS countries, Belarus has a relatively low level of corruption crime. But for me, corruption is one of the main problems of todays issures for Belarus. The state tries to cope with corruption crimes, which is evidenced by famous processes of the medical department this year.
ReplyDeleteYou need to understand that corruption is the most hidden crime. It is very difficult to struggle with it.
The reasons why corruption usually develops is a low level of population's finances and a deep conviction in the minds of people that taking bribes is normal. Therefore, in order to fight corruption, we should work with youth to make them understand that corruption is a bad thing; It should be clearly aware that punishment will follow for any corruption act.
For example in China they use capital punishment for any corruption act till nowadays, and it works.
