All people, who will comment this post,are divided into three parts: those, who think in optimistic way, those, who think in pessimistic way, and those, who predict both bad and good changes. I belong to the third group. It seems to me that live will have become better. Computers will be controlling all areas of our life. That will exclude problems of education, treating, production and others, but it will be fewer jobs and government or artificial Intelligence will have taken total control of us. People will be living more than 100 years, bacause the medicine wil have been improved a lot. Although high level of medecine will have been available to everyone, some regions of our planet like Africa or Asia won't be developing a lot and the issure of diseases and poorness in general will have stayed. Moreover, the population of the planet will be increasing. According to the UN, in 2100 the population of the planet will be more than 11 billion people. So, if even nowadays the hunger is one of the biggest problems, in future the food will have become much more valuable. In addition it can cause conflicts andwars, which can destruct all planet. Pollution will have become one of the biggest issure. If we don't stop poisoning of our home, in 2100 our descendants will be breathing smog and harmful fumes. They will drink poisoned water, will see destroyed flora and fauna, acid rains. In my view it's the most realistic plot.
I do not think that the world in 100 years will be very different from today. At least not as much as the world today is different from the world of 1908. No flying flyers are likely to appear. We will ride the same on four-wheel cars. Only they will no longer work on oil refined products. Well, public transport will get better, trains on a magnetic pad. The main problem of the world of the future will be energy. It is foolish to hope for thermonuclear fusion, even if such reactors are created, it will cost much more than coal energy. For the world to change dramatically, to become completely united, it is necessary that cardinal events also take place. World war, a meeting with an alien mind, the fall of an asteroid =) I think without skyscrapers, with a lot of forests and animals, with clean oceans, seas, lakes ... I think that people will learn to communicate without the help of improvised means, but with the help of the mind, the subconscious !! ! There will be no cars working on oil resources, all types of energy resources will be transferred to solar, wind and I think that they will open some other source of energy, which few people now know about .... There will be no family, there will simply be people or groups of people who like to live together, and children will be raised by everyone and from this children will only be wiser and smarter ... So I want to see planet Earth in 100 years ..
Your ideas are too utopian. I don’t agree with this. Let’s start with energy. We are considering the year 2100. By this time, the earth’s resources have not yet been depleted. Additionally, the development of alternative energy types is ongoing, and taking into account the development of modern science, we will find a way to provide ourselves with energy. A completely united world will have never become, as 3 or 4 groups of states will be formed and will be at war with each other. This is inevitable. Yes, the world will be changed, but in my opinion this will be happening in a slightly different way. Even now if the government wants , it can found out about us absolutely everything with help of videomonitoring, geolocation and social networks. I’m sure that in the future the government will use every means of monitoring to control every step and establish a totalitarian regime with cool technologies and suppression all protests. Money. Money will always stay money, even if in the future pieces of paper will have changed by some other value like gold or cryptocurrency. I'm absulutely sure that humanity will not give up money the next 100 years.
Life in 100 years’ time Our parents and grandparents couldn’t imagine life, we have nowadays. Recently it has become popular and affordable to use helpful machines like dishwashers and robots vacuum cleaners. We are excited about our future. Technik and robots will replace people on their workplaces and the society will face with unemployment. Such abilities as metal arithmetics and even writing by hand will be things of the past. People spend most of their life at work, contacting with each other, without work they will become much more isolated and we will have little real human contact. Will we flying off to the different planets. I think it will be impossible. But visiting planets in virtual reality is possible now, although our grandparents can’t imagine how it works. I believe that petrol cars will be replaced by solar-powered cars and these cars will be faster, mir economic and environmentally friendly. Perhaps some flying cars, like in the superhero films with become usual things. All in all I believe that life will be easier and more comfortable. I hope that scientific and technological progress will develop cures for incurable diseases. We can continue to predict our future, but it depends on people, how our planet will be in 100 years. We should look after the Earth and try to make it a better place to live.
Although Progress today is moving very fast, all these technologies in 80 years may not be found to Belarus , and even more so, I’m not sure that everything will be available. Flights to the moon and to Mars will have been still not available, because they will be too expensive. Space flight needs a lot of fuel, as in the future fuel will only be going up in price. As for 3D printers, this is a technology which has two sides. On the one hand, it’s really modern and will allow humanity to make a technical breakthrough. We will be typing food, buildings, furniture and others. But even for 3D printers, you need raw materials, it may not be enough. Using 3D printers and distributing them too much may lead to increasing crime, so when even today it’s possible to print a plastic gun for $ 25 on a 3D printer, and given the fact that 3D printers will have become accessible to everyone in the future, this problem can turn into a really serious one. I agree with you in ecology issures. In my opinion the life will have changed dramatically in 100 years. There are a lot of pluses and minuses. I promise that people will have found cures for many diseases such as AIDS, polio or others in 100 years. People will be living longer. Also we have a lot of dangerous work where people can die. I think that this work will be doing computers in 100 years. It's really well. And what about pollution? I don't know but I think that it will continue to get worse. Of course there're a lot of people that try to protect our environment but now it's hard to implement their plans. On the other hand if people live longer then there will be overpopulation. Because of this we won't have a lot of jobs. And because of overpopulation pollution will come faster. In addition many people means many opinions. The crime will have increase. Furthemore it's really hard to save clean water. In 100 years some countries may lose the water at all. It also can be the reason of new wars. We can destroy our planet in the future. But actually I believe in people. I believe that we can protect our planet. We should at least try.
Yes, but the resources of our planet are not infinite. The mankind even now has problems with resources. The population of the planet will be growing and there will have been a lack of such things like water, oil, metal, food. That will cause different conflicts. People mostly think "After us, at least a flood". We are doomed.

What I think about future? I think that future will be both better and worse. The future will be worse as children will be using computers a lot. They will have not written by hand and read books. Futhermore, works like bilding will be doing by robots. And i think people will be fat and lazy. Because they will be sitting a lot. However, we will have a lot of possibility in medicine(all people will be healthy as scientists will have cured all terrible diseases), we will be discovering new planets and life forms. We will be able to making friends on other planets. We will have used power-solard cars and environment will be cleaner than in nowadays. Boys said about wars. I can't imagine how many people will be in 2100 year. But I hope that people will have invented another way to get food. And wars will haven't broken out. I think that future generations will be dependent on them and themselves will not be independent. I think life without gadgets will be simply unimaginable for them. And the last one. Even in spite of the fact that a person will find a cure for certain diseases or for their types, after 100 years other viruses progress, etc.
It seems to me that in a hundred years, people's lives will become much easier. People will no longer work on boring jobs and cook food because robots will do everything for them. Also in 2119, people will probably live forever, or at least find a cure for all diseases. In a hundred years, people will fly on vacation to Mars or to other planets. Moreover, people won’t have to go to the store, because many things will be able to be printed on 3D printers. In addition, all cars which we use now will have replaced by electric and solar-powered cars and the environment will not be so polluted. I'm the type of person who thinks that life will change for the better in 100 years. Some people may thing that it will change for the better or for the worse. ReplyDeleteI agree with you, but I think that 50 years isn't enough to start flying to other planets, it takes more time and more effort.
DeleteI'm the type of person who thinks that life will change for the better in 100 years. Some people may thing that it will change for the better or for the worse. Other people think that everything will remain as it is now.
ReplyDeleteI think that by this time scientists and doctors will come up with a cure for incurable and deadly disease s. Perhaps scientists will be able to get rid of these diseases so that people will never get sick with them again. Because of this, people will increase the average lifespan. Probably by this time people will develop transport that won't pollute the atmosphere. In 100 years people will find new planets that will be suitable for our residence.
We can't know what the future will be, but we can try to make it better.
